Very recently I ran across an online article that was discussing the different sounds that babies make when they are crying, and how each cry means something different. For example, a hungry baby tends to make a "neh" cry. I didn't get to read the entire thing, and it was very interesting - has anyone else read anything like this, or know if a similar article? I really want to know what they say the other cries sound like, lol. I did a (brief) google search but have not had any luck yet. TIA!
Re: Interpreting Babies' Cries
I have read about this in a few articles and in a book, but imho it's bullsh!t.
DS has a tired cry and a distressed cry. He may be distressed for any number of reasons so this distinction is hardly helpful!
