Diaper rash

DS is on antibiotics for an ear infection. Since starting the antibiotics he has been having a lot of diarrhea which I know antibiotics will sometimes cause. The problem is he now has a really bad diaper rash. We have been using destin but anyone have any other recommendations for a better cream or suggestions? TIA

Our ped recommended Triple Paste. It seems to work pretty well. I alternate between that and Vaseline when LOs diaper rash gets bad. I think you can find it at CVS or Walgreens

You can also try an anti-fungal cream (think athletes foot cream) this has cleared up Elise's when hers gets bad
