We used California Baby when he was an infant and wasn't in the sun a lot. However, we switched to Neutrogena Pure and Free Baby last year because it's SPF 60. Most of the natural sunscreens that I found were only SPF 30, and I wanted a higher SPF.
Our little guy is very fair skinned and we live in a sunny climate. We use Badger SPF 45 Unscented Sunscreen and he has always had full protection! Badger is an organic product line and even their packaging is BPA and phthalate free - Score
