Daycare Friend Hits Her UPDATE

I spoke to the director today and she was really helpful. She told me that she and the assistant director would start shadowing LB in the mornings so they can see the behavior firsthand and how DD and the teacher react to it. Also she is going to have the teachers start doing "observation reports" whatever that is. From what I understand the teachers will be writing down the different instances of his hitting and what provokes it and maybe find some solutions. So hopefully this will help. My husband dropped her off this morning and he said LB was in a great mood and was blowing everyone kisses, and didn't hit DD at all, so that is great. Maybe this phase is coming to an end.
