unisom/zofran...new here

Hi any and all that choose to read this. I was wondering if anyone had experience with taking Unisom and Zofran together and mostly want to know if it was successful for you? I was so ILL with my first pregnancy and I am frankly terrified that it is going to happen again. I have been proactive and started zofran right after my bfp but am considering adding the unisom at night. I cannot take b6, tried and it made me sick. Any thoughts/advice is appreciated.

Unisom won't help more than Zofran.  I've taken Unisom with my first and it worked for me so I never needed zofran.  I'd call your doctor to see if the two are safe to mix together.

Zofran didn't work for me the first 2 times, so this pregnancy, I tried Unisom instead. It worked better. My doctor said I could take them both, but I have little faith in Zofran.

Zofran worked for me my first pregnancy in the sense that it kept me from vomiting all day everyday and cut it down to 1-2 times a day but I still felt like I was going to vomit 24/7. I've heard that the unisom is better for the actual nausea feeling

Can I just say zofran has major constipation side effects? I'm on my 2nd week of it and hv decided to live with the miserable nausea over the contsp! Grrr can't wait for 2nd tri

I did have the constipation problem with my first, it was horrible but it never got so bad I had to take extreme measures. I have read about people getting impacted aand such! OUCH!

 I haven't had that problem yet although TMI I can tell it
