I am having a surprise party for my grandmother with a cinco de mayo theme on 5/4. I need food suggestions. I was thinking of doing a taco/fajitia bar but need more than that.
I wish I could help - My favourite Mexican food is the homemade soup from this little Mexican place I know - but I don't think soup would work all that well for your party. lol
I make a honey, chili, lime chicken enchilada that everyone likes. It is also very easy to make. Maybe something that you can make in big batches. How many people are you expecting?
