trying not to freak out at work

So the nurse called this afternoon, I failed my 1 hr glucose test. Which I thought I might. I have PCOS, am overweight and my mom is pre-diabetic. But I guess they checked my HCG levels and they said they lowered and now they want me to swing by the office today to check the babys heart beat. She said "its probably nothing" but they want to check to make sure. She asked if I was spotting or cramping, which I am not. Its just all scary to hear.
