This is my first time posting on this board so hello! I have been bedsharing with DS from the beginning and he is just over 20 weeks. I am fine sleeping with him at night but he also needs to nap on me which basically means I am stuck for anywhere from an hour to 3 hours at a time. I would love to be able to get some me time or stuff around the house done but I don't know how to really break this habit. From the moment a crib or bassinet was introduced his eyes would pop open and now he loves to roll so he flips himself over and wakes up. We have had some really long nights so I relish this time that he sleeps but would love if sometime could be without me! I am a SAHM and he is EBF and we live 6 hours away from friends and family and I just need some time for myself. Any suggestions?
