Telling your boss you're pregnant?

I'm just beginning my 13th week and I'm not sure when/how it is appropriate to tell my boss I'm pregnant. Has anyone else already told their boss? I don't know how to go about it but I feel like it should be soon so I can get my maternity leave in order. Any advice?!?

  • I told mine at 9 weeks, after our first US.  She was so excited and asks me everyday how I am feeling and what she can do to help me in any way.  She is really supportive and I am so glad I moved over to her org this past January.  I just f
