And it felt SOOOOOO GOOD! Although not so sure I will feel the same way tomorrow.... It feels good to have some energy back. When DS wakes we are going on a nice walk I didn't quite finish the entire 50 min video...but pretty darn close and know I will get there working up to it. I have been out of the game all of 1st tri!

I miss working out so much, between the all day tireds and how cold it has been I feel like a slug. Excited to check out that video, and get back to walking, I might even try for some mild intervals as the weather warms up.
