Weird weekend CD3 b/w today

Hey Ladies,
This is to share what happened to me and ask your advice more than asking a question. Im sorry if its TMI

I was told to call RE on CD1 to schedule CD3 labs. Well I cramped alllll last week, thinking AF might come early, and finally when I woke up saturday, there was bright red spotting so I thought AF had arrived. I put in a tampon and called the RE, and we scheduled the blood draw for today.

Well the rest of Saturday I had slight spotting barely anything so yesterday I just put on a liner and ... Nada. Today, nada. So this morning when I arrived at the doctors office, I told the nurse I was sorry and I guess I hadnt really started yet. I felt bad for wasting their time and mine but I told them there was no way I am CD 3 because by now, its like full on AF, no questions about it.

So, the nurse said "oh its fine we'll go ahead and do it" and took 3 vials of blood :/

Im worried that it wont be accurate, because I know my body and I feel like we needed to postpone the draw until I start bleeding. Ugh, this is so frustrating. What do you think I should do? Should I call them when AF really comes full force? Do you think the labs will be accurate? Also my HSG is scheduled for next monday so if AF is indeed late, Ill have to reschedule that too.

    I had a very similar experience and they still obtained the info they needed from the bloodwork and HSG. I was on birth control at the time, though, so my entire period that month was just a lot of spotting without a steady flow.
    Me (34) & DH (45) - NTNP since June 2011
    RE: 12/1/12 - Me: PCOS; DH: Low T
    2/13: DH's T went from 190 to 777!
    Cycle 1 1/25/13: Clomid 100mg + Trigger + TI + Progesterone = Ectopic pregnancy
    3/7/13: MTX injections put me on the bench.
    Cycle 2 6/7/13: Clomid 100mg CD3-7 = No response
    Cycle 2.1 Clomid 150mg CD 19-23 + Trigger + TI + Progesterone = BFN
    Cycle 3 7/21/13: Clomid 150mg + Trigger + IUI #1 + Progesterone = BFN
    Cycle 4 8/25/13: Bravelle 75-112iu + Trigger + IUI #2 + Progesterone = BFN
    Cycle 5 9/23/13: Bravelle 75-225iu + Trigger + IUI #3 + Progesterone = BFFN
    Onto IVF - starting injects on Christmas Day

    I was told it can be done on days 2, 3, or 4 so I wouldn't worry too much. It might not be perfect timing for the draw, but I would think it should still be fine.

    The RE'S office will call you and let you know what is happening with your blood.  I wouldn't worry too much.  If it wasn't really AF the BW should show something.  If AF comes definitely reschedule CD 3 BW.  Good luck.

    DX: Unexplained
    6 Failed IUIs (Clomid and Gonal F).  
    IVF #1 began August 2013- BC, 4 days of Estrace, stimmed with Gonal F and Menopur, Ganirelix, 9R 5M 5F, Medrol and Doxycycline, 5 day transfer of 2 early blastocysts- good quality, Progesterone, Estrace, and baby aspirin, BETA on 9/20 BFN,   IVF #2 began September 2013, stimming with Gonal F (higher dose) and Menopur, Ganirelix, 18R 14M 9F with ICSI, 5 day transfer of 2 BBs one was starting to hatch, 2 frosties: 1  BB and 1 AC, BETA on 10/21, BFN BETA was a 5- chemical 
    Getting some more testing and trying to figure out what the issue is before FET in December, started acupuncture on 11/10, RLP and some other BW nothing major to report except slightly high Prolactin. Prolactin was slightly high when I started with my RE and I already had an MRI which was Neg.  Endo biopsy=negative.  WTF is wrong with us???
    12/18/13 FET of 1 BB and 1 AC.  Hoping for a miracle.  Beta 12/26 Low BETA-8 2nd BETA 5- chemical
    After 3 failed transfers IDK where to go from here.  Still no real answers as to why this isn't working.  Getting a second opinion in February and looking into immune testing.  
    2/14- NEW RE- Immune testing showed a partial dq alpha match with DH- On prednisone and did intralipids prior to transfer.  3/14 Lupron, gonal f, menopur, HGH.  ER 15 mature all 15 fertilized!  5dt of an early blast grade 1 and an expanded blast grade 2.  BETA on 4/21.  1 grade 2 embryo frozen
    BETA #1 59 BETA #2 148 BETA #3 283 BETA #4 2,783! US at 6w2d shows 1 bean measuring right on track! HR 121.  US at 8w3d measuring on track HR 177. Released form my RE.  EDD 12/28

    I know exactly how you feel I'm in the same situation right now! I have been having cramps since last week. Been waiting to do my cd3 blood work also and my hsg is scheduled for Wednesday. Waiting...AF never came started having really bad cramps and press

    Well ladies, this has been an eventful day. I took a hpt and got my first ever BFP in 2 years of TTC! im freaking out. First on a dollar store test and then on a digi. Thanks for your responses and I am very cautiously moving to my BMB.
