Ugh, shower theme

I RSVP'd for a bridal shower a week or two ago, and today I get an update from the Evite:

Please plan to bring (the bride) 1 gift to remind her of her single life, and one to help her for her married life-- and keep the spending under $20, so get creative!

F&#*king noooooooooo, I dooooooon't waaaaaaant to be creative.  I just want to buy something off the registry and be done with it. She and her fiance live together, how will their lives even be different once they get married?  I can pretend I never saw this message, right?

I would pretend I never got it and as the bride I wouldn't be too excited to be getting a bunch of [probably] cheap, useless gifts.

She's very, uh, snobby (in a good way, but still, lol), so I know for a fact she will not want any crap.
