Supply Drop

My supply seems to have dropped to nothing this weekend. We've all been sick and I'm definitely a bit dehydrated, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. I've been pumping every couple hours anyway, but I'm only getting a half ounce. Is there a way to get back to a normal amount?

    Me too! I am EPing and used to get 50 oz/day and woke up Friday and have been struggling to get 25oz in a day. I've been eating nothing but lactogenic foods and even had a beer a day for the yeast.

    Have you tried poweraid or something similar? You could also try power pumping.

    Drink lots of water! I have had success with eating Oatmeal too.

    Fenugreek works for us.  It does make some babies gassy though, so you have to watch for that.

    My Dd was hospitalized with RSV a few weeks back and because of her illness and my stress my supply dropped substantially. I was so worried I couldn't get it back as I EBF. I bought a hand pump and started pumping a few times per day, I really was not get
