More baby food anxiety!

So I used to stress about what I was going to make, how much, when he would eat, when to try new foods...you know, the usual FTM feeding things!

then I got comfortable with it all and went with the flow, things were good!

now that we are adding a lunch and he's getting older, I'm starting to stress again about not having enough food made, going to more finger food style meals over pur?ed and I'm having trouble figuring out how to prepare such foods ahead of time. Purees are easy because I can make a big batch and freeze it, and I'm not sure i can do that with finger foods.... I'm freaking out a bit,

please help calm my nerves by telling me I'm not alone and what you do or are planning on doing now that they are getting older!

I still dont really give lunch yet, but when I do its really really simple. Like cheese and lentils or chicken and banana. And I always make lunch a meal she feeds herself for practice rather to get food into her.

I have not been so good at serving meat yet.  But, DD does eat three meals a day now.  I always have fruit in the house that I can cut up and she can feed herself:  bananas, melon, pineapple, grapes, blueberries, etc.  For lunch she
