correcting oversupply?

I have been EPing since DS was born because he  was in the NICU. I pump every 3hrs during the day and every 4 overrnight. I pump 6-8oz per pump. DS can now breastfeed, but he's not the greatest at it. He latches great but falls asleep. He will only take 1 side, and I'm sure he doesn't empty the 1st side. How do I begin to correct this oversupply? I don't want to lose my supply. Any suggestions?

I fixed my oversupply by doing block nursing... feeding only one side each feed, alternating the side each time.  My oversupply evened out within a week.  She is 5 months now and I haven't had supply issues since.  GL.
