Hair loss?!

Hoy freaking hair loss!! My hair is falling out like crazy!! I did experience severe hair loss when I stopped pumping with my first son around 10 weeks. DS2 is 9 weeks today and is EBF. I expected hair loss when he weaned or maybe when my period came back, but it's already started and is kinda freaking me out. Any other moms experiencing this or already experienced this?!

I've been losing it by the handful for a couple of weeks, I kept shedding throughout my pregnancy so I didn't think it'd be too bad but wow, this is awful.  I seriously wonder if I'll have any hair left yet.

How long does it typically last?

I'm experiencing it too. I've read that it typically starts around 3 months pp and can last 6m-1 year.

I'm pumping and it just started falling out in handfulls this week. ALL OVER BABY. I feel bad for the kid. It keeps falling on him while he's feeding

Yeah, I EP and around 3 months PP it started, and hasn't let up a ton since. Nearly two straight months! I'm surprised I still have any hair left at all these days!

I just started losing a lot. My hair is super thick so it's not bothering me too bad.
