Equality vs. Justice

I just finished reading the UO thread from yesterday (I'm sorry I wasn't around yesterday to participate), and wanted to offer this image as an explanation for why there are no (and should be no) scholarships designed specifically for rich white kids: 

I believe that we need to help those who come from historically disadvantaged backgrounds so that they can start out on an equal playing field and be given the same opportunities as those of us who come from more affluent/advantaged backgrounds.
