I don't understand

What's going on with my body. I had 14 positive hpts, frer and cb, between last Thursday and last night. Today, I have 4 negatives. I know I'm miscarrying- a chemical pregnancy if you will- but why aren't I bleeding? I'm not cramping or spotting at all, and my breasts still ache like crazy. I'm a wreck right now and I feel like there are no answers for what I'm going through.

Can someone help me make sense of this?

    If you are MC I believe it can take a few days to weeks to actually start.  Have you gone to the Dr to confirm?  You might want too to make sure that if it is actually a MC that all is ok and that you do not need to have a DnC. Only Dr can tell

    I would be 12 weeks today and found out my baby died at 9 weeks on Thursday. I did not have bleeding or spotting even though the pregnancy was no longer viable. Sometimes it takes a while for the MC to happen. Talk to you Dr about doing a DC if your body
