What are you expecting year end for salary/bonus?
I was out for maternity for the 12 weeks. So I am expecting my bonus to be prorated 75% to account for the 1/4 of the year I was on leave. As far as raise though, I don't think I should be penalized on that. Do you agree? What are you expecting?

Well, I work for a non-profit so bonuses are laughable.
As far as raises go we just get an annual raise of 3% in January and if my boss feels like I've done better he has the right to give me up to 5%. I got 5% last year and even thought it's not right I think I will be penalized for going on leave and just receive the regular 3% this year.

i never get a bonus at work & i'm not really anticipating too much of a raise at my review in april, either. sucks, but that's how the economy is, right?

We don't get a bonus at my work.... and I make minimum wage.
They are nice enough to give us $25 gift cards for our own store though for a christmas gift lol. (I work at a restaurant) They go far with our 50% discount we get while working, though.
DH just got a $3.07 raise and a $1,000 bonus. However, that was to cover the $400 we spend on health insurance (a month) through his company. The $1,000 goes into his health savings account for our $4,000 deductible.
Last year he got almost a $3 raise, and told he would be given more later in the year. However, they are in litigation with another company, so he never got the rest of that raise.
Hopefully, when they are out of litigation, then he will get a substantial raise.
Our bonuses are given out in Feb. Last year it was prorated b/c I hadn't worked here a full year. This year it will be for my 8 weeks off. But it should be CLOSE to a full paycheck. And hopefully I'll qualify for a 3% raise. I need to stop nesting while I'm at work. It's affecting my performance.
I work for a financial company and I sincerely hope we get them this year. They are not promised, I think we find out for sure in January.
Bonus...what's that??!?!
We were just told last week that we're on a wage freeze for most likely the next year. This just happens to be announced a month before all of us on salary are up for review/raise. NICE!
we get a quarterly bonus if we hit our sales goals. it's usually around $1100. we missed our goal quarter one, and will probably make it for quarters 3 and 4. i was out on ML for 1/2 of quarter 2, and was told that if we hit goal i wouldn't be eligible for the bonus, but last week the bonus was deposited into my account. i asked my boss about it and he said to keep it, that i helped for half of it. so probably about $3000 plus the $100 in giftcards we get for christmas. i should also be up for a small raise at the beginning of next year. from the looks of it, i guess i have it pretty good.
