Need re-assurance

I believe I am about 7 weeks along. Last night I spent several hours cleaning my house. I woke up this morning to light spotting just when I wiped. No severe cramps other than a dull ache in my lower back (what I feel before I get my period). I'm going to call Dr. When they open. Just scared.

Haven't had any bleeding since the initial incident. I've been praying all day. The doctor said it is not uncommon and to call back if it gets worse or the bleeding increases. Traveling
