Bed Rest Inquiry

I see that there are a lot of mommies here that have been put on Bed Rest. I was just curious what brought on the bed rest order? I am considered high risk for my BP, but so far they haven't done anything other than blood work, ultrasounds, 24 Hr urine collection, and weekly fetal monitoring (NST).

I was put on modified bed rest at around 5 weeks by my reproductive endocrinologist for bleeding then I had to have an emergency cerclage at 23 weeks and was put on full bed rest.

I was on full bed rest/hospital bed rest with DD for high blood pressure and pretearm labor.  I am on modified bedrest this pregnancy (started at 20 weeks) for risk of pretearm labor and severe swelling/puffyness.

With my twin pregnancy (they're 2.5-years old now), I went on bedrest at 20w for short cervix. The same thing happened with this pregnancy except they also did a cerclage. I'm now 27w2d and will likely be on bedrest for at least another 6 weeks.

I have a crappy cervix as well.  Only discovered at 23/24 weeks so the doctor would not do a cerclage.  Been on bed rest since.

Im on bedrest due to having a very irritable cervix (contracting a lot). I've been on some sort of bed rest since 25 weeks. Enjoy not being on bed rest.
