Natural tampons and pads?

I am almost positive my first PP is going to start.  I'm assuming I can use tampons again (silly question probably) and am thinking of picking up some natural tampons to try out.  I'm not quite brave enough to try mama cloth but would like to use something free of a lot of nasty chemicals.  Any particular brand that's better?  I belong to a wholesale coop so next month I can pick up some up there.  They also sell the cups so I may try that again too.  It's nice getting stuff like that discounted!

Personally I just use Tampax but just a word of warning and I have heard this from several girlfriends who went through the same thing like me. Tampons may not fit the same way they used to. I would also get some pads in case you realize you aren't quite

I agree with Chris. I was SORE the first time I used a tampon. I started with lights the next time and worked up to regulars.
