BFing and Coffee

How much do you drink? I usually have one cup in the morning and occassionally a second cup in the afternoon but DD decided that 5am was a good time to wake up today and I'm wondering if its ok to possibly have a 3rd cup today. Any thoughts?

I drink 1-2 cups a day.  According to Kellymom.com the level of caffine in the milk is quite low (0.06-1.5% of maternal dose) and usually peak 1-2 hours after ingestion. I try to drink coffee after I nurse or right after I pump just so much does not

I was really good in the beginning, but now I drink 2-3 caffeinated beverages a day.  I never had any problems with them sleeping really.
