Eye Rubbing

I am trying to get Grady to fall asleep independently, the problem is that he rubs his eyes which prevents him from falling asleep. As a result, we have to hold his arms down. I don't want to be doing this for the next several months. Any experience with and/or solutions to this problem?

  • The last week or so, DS will fling one arm back and forth in the air for about five minutes as he's falling asleep. lol It is the most bizarre thing I have ever seen, but it seems to help him. He keeps his eyes closed while he does it. He used to throw hi
