5weeks & fluid in left (only) tube

Hi ladies.. I had my 1st OB appt. today. I am 5 weeks 1 day, he sent me for an u/s because of my history of MC and ectopic pregnancy..at the u/s the girl noted a tiny dot which she said may be baby but so small the machine wouldn't register measurements..as she moved to the left side she said my tube was filled with fluid, she pressed down and at that moment it didn't hurt nor feel tender ( the doc also did a pelvic this morning & I didn't feel tender either) my question is

has anyone here had fluid in their tube while pregnant and if so what was the end result..my hcg has been doubling in 1.9 days my levels are on the low end at 434 yesterday at 5 weeks exactly  from 206 Saturday at 4 +5  but my levels have always been on the lower end with all my pregnancies ..but this fluid has me concerned now..
