my dd is 10 she is ADHD ODD  and has an emotional disorder she is very smart to boot. we knew she was adhd before she was 2. i managed pretty well and have no regrets on how i handled her. now i have a son who is 15 months and he makes my daughter look like a saint. he is wild and beyond defiant. everything that worked with my daughter does not work with him ive scolded ive yelled ive given time outs ive tried giving more attention and tried giving less and yes ive even tried spanking (not happy about it either i hate spanking) he just ignores me and keeps doing what he knows hes not supose to do. he gets into everything climbs on everything breaks everything he almost never sits down not even in the tub he knocked out his bottom 2 teeth at 5 months because he was jumping and climbing and trying to chew on something all at the same time. ive always prided myself on my patience with kids but this boy is pushing me too far and im worried about what a terror he could be if i dont get him under controle now. please i am desperate for advise

Sorry I don't have any suggestions, I just hope things get better. Maybe you could talk to the Pediatrician about it?

I would talk to your pedi for a referral given that history.

However, FWIW, my pedi straight up told me at our 15 month appointment that discipline does not work on 15 month olds and discipline may not work until 18-24 months. Basically you can
