Tots Bots help

I'm using tots bots newborn diaps at night time. I LOVE tots bots, but lately they have been leaking out the back. DS does not STTN yet and I use the extra insert that they came with. They seem to fit him great still. He weighs 10lbs. Do you think I need to add something else or is it build up? We do have hard water. My FBs and Swaddlebees simplex seem to be ok. Any advice apperciated! TIA!
