Good evening, all! First, thank you for your condolences for my classmate. I have kept her in my thoughts all week, and her friend who brought us the card to sign is having a memorial necklace made for her. She gave us the option to kick in some money toward the necklace and I immediately did so. What a beautiful idea--she will always be able to keep her baby close to her heart. (Jodiefoffel, I cried for your sister. What a terrible loss. I'm so sorry.)
I go tomorrow morning for the MFM consult to discuss a fetal echo for my son. (I have a heart defect and he may have this defect too.) I feel pretty calm about it at this point. Of course, what I'm really hoping is that the echo a) is accurate and b) shows he does NOT have this defect or any other, so we can bury this topic forever. But we'll see.
As far as this week's thread title goes, I am now at 38w1d, so it is time for me to call for someone else to step up and administer this thread. The PG>35 part of my journey is almost over, at least for a while, and though I will certainly continue to participate, I need to hand this thread over to someone else. It's not a terribly difficult job--post a new thread every Monday and keep the list updated with additions, the occasional sad subtraction, gender announcements, and births. I can provide you with full details in PM. Please post in this thread and/or PM me (and post a thread telling me YGPM!) if you are interested in being the next thread starter. I took this thread over in October when I was just entering the 2nd tri and have had a blast following everyone's progress and reading your thoughts on everything from quirky talents to favorite seasonal dishes and keeping the worry monster at bay. My predecessor Tracy promised me I would have fun and it would make my pregnancy fly by, and she was right on both counts.

Congratulations to the February/March Moms! MangomamaFL gave birth to a baby boy on 2/5/2013 at 10:32pm. He weighed 9lb and was 21in long. Gundy21 gave birth to Maximilian Gunder aka Max at 8:57am on 2/20/13. He weighed 8 lb 9 oz and was 21.25 inches long. Elocin gave birth to a baby girl, Charlotte, on 3/1/13. Haribo1 gave birth to baby girl Anna Leigh on 3/20/13. MT-Head gave birth to baby boy Malcolm on 3/21/13 at 5:50 AM.

I am 9w2d today, which is huge, since it is past all my loss milestones. For a week I have been able to hear LO's heartbeat on the home doppler, which feels like a miracle

Updates: I had a dating u/s this week and everything looks perfect. My edd was moved up one day which I am happy with. The best news - my ob is supporting

Hi ladies!
Nothing is new with us, I have my next appointment on April 9th and am doing my bloodwork on Friday. I've just discovered the wonders of mashed potatoes and I feel almost normal instead of horribly sick!
