I have a kid's birthday party coming up and it will just be me and the twins.  It will be at a VFW.  Do i keep the kids in the stroller the whole time?  They don't have highchairs.  Or put a blanket on the floor and let them hang out?

But there will be kids running around and i am scared they will be trampled.  (my friend's devil child is notorious for this kind of behavior towards smaller babies)

What's a VFW? Can you bring a pack n play or playpen for them to hang out and play in?

I'd put down a blanket & some toys. Devil children can run around at their own risk- if they HAPPEN to trip on SOMETHING right before they trample my baby, well, lesson learned.

a vfw is a hall that you rent.  it has something to do with veterans... i think they meet there as well.

lol.  i will definitely trip that kid if he pulls any shennanigans!

To answer your question, I would keep them contained in the stroller until they started to get bored. Entertain them with toys and snacks. And

I second PPs when I say put them in the stroller but bring the blanket in case they get antsy in the stroller. But there may be enough to look at that they will be entertained staying in the stroller.

Ditto the blanket unless you have a Pack n play tout could bring. Good luck!
