Starting my own daycare

Haven't posted in awhile (or much at all really), but just wanted to share the bittersweet news. 

I am a third grade teacher and do love my job but, I have decided to start my own home daycare.  I have wanted to stay home with DS since I had him and DH and I decided this would be the best move.  We live in a really small town and cannot find quality childcare as it is, so I have been pulling my hair out trying to find a place. 

I am really excited but I already found out who my replacement will be.  That made it so real.  I hope I am doing the right thing!
