These are my favorite chocolate chips cookies. They are so moist and the secret is of a pack of instant pudding mix. I entered these in a contest at church and won the grand prize!
I'll delete my other thread, but here's the recipe I posted. I found it in a cookbook after I graduated from college, expanded on it, and it's been one of our favorite "date night" meals ever since.
This is my favorite thing to make for dinner. It freezes really well too. I use broccoli instead of cauliflower and I add a pound of baked chicken all chopped up. So good.
