Bad Lower Back Pain

in 1st Trimester
has anyone else experienced this? in the last 1-2 it has gotten worse and worse, I have never had back problems before. Any suggestions on things that can help? I have a doc apt next week and I will mention it to him then....just wanted to see who else suffers from this.

    Me! I never had back pain this early with my first.  I use a heating pad and Tylenol if needed.  Hope you feel better!

    I have been having off and on a tweaked back like an old person would get and it's horrible. It's on the lower left side of my back. When it hits I am laying down and trying to get up. Probably not the same thing as you though :)

    I have been having on and off back pain.  Usually low.  I use a hot pad.  it usually works, if not Id take Tylenol.
