Leaking Probs

We use a combination of FB and BG and now that my daughter is a year and a half, they leak all. the. time.  We have stripped them multiple times, but it doesn't help. Any ideas what we can try, other than buying something new. We are planning on trying potty training this summer so I really don't want to invest more at this point, but we are going through 3-4 pairs of pants a day!

Are the inserts saturated? I'm finding toddlers pee a lot at once. You may need to double up on inserts.
