So tonight I had to redo sleep easy with mirabelle. We went out of town last wedn and today we got home. She cried for an hour before finally falling asleep. I can't find my book and I can't remember what you're supposed to do if LO is sitting up. Last time I did the training she couldn't pull herself up into a sit in the crib. Tonight I laid her back down but I feel like it made her cry worse bc she was holding her arms out for me to pick her up. She slept with me in bed during most of our trip bc I felt bad letting her cry in an unfamiliar setting.

I have the book right here, and I can't find anything about this. Believe me, I've tried. We're having issues with this now. She sits up and reaches for me. The only thing I've come up with is gently laying her back down and tel
On average, it takes her about 15 minutes to settle down for naps and >5 minutes for bedtime.
Lately she's been really fighting the naps and taking almost 40 minutes to calm down. I haven't had many issues with night time sleep though.

Oh also, I wouldn't try for more than 2 hours. At that point, maybe he's just not tired enough. Let him play for an hour and try again.
I thought I read that in the book somewhere.
