I'm not on bed rest but I'm told to take it easy. I returned to work but try to walk as little as I can, no stairs and sit as much as I can. But I'm so irritated today and I just want to MOVE AROUND and do stuff! It's Spring and I want to garden!
Sorry to complain. I know bed rest is more frustrating. I try my hardest to do bed rest while home but I'm going nuts today.
