Dr. Brown's forumla pitcher

I know you can use formula for up to 24 hours after you have mixed it.  The pitcher instructions say you should make the pitcher and pour it into your bottles for storage.  Any one know if it is ok to keep the formula in the pitcher for 24 hours and pour to bottles as needed?  Be great if I could make all my formula in one day but I only have 3 bottles of any particular brand/size until I figure out what works....

  • Formula is way to expensive to waste. We always made fresh bottle each time.

  • I used the Dr. Brown's pitcher with DD and will use it with this LO. Yes, you can pre-mix and pour into bottles as needed. I used the bottle warmer to heat the bottles up. I never wasted the formula because I only mixed up X amount of bottles th

  • Do you remix/pump the handle before each bottle is poured?
  • I did just in case there was any settling. It worked well for me, I orginally ended up getting the pitcher after reading the reviews on Amazon. I usually research anything I buy on there anyway :)

  • That pitcher made my life so much easier!  Once we switched fully to formula, I knew how many oz DD needed for each bottle, so I made a day's worth before I went to bed, filled her 3 bottles for daycare, then had the morning and dinner bottle all rea
