straining noise...

My little girl is 3 and a half months and has recently been making this straining noise.  Sometimes she's got a dirty diaper but she even makes it after she's been fed and changed (and though I initially thought it sounds like constipation, this baby is definitely not constipated :). I wasn't sure if maybe this noise replaces crying to some degree (I'm disappointed but not freaking out quite yet..).  Anyone else have a baby making this noise & any idea what it means?

    My baby does this! She's 16 weeks and has been doing it for about 2 weeks now! I thought she was constipated and was stressed over it but she has BM pretty routinely, I have no idea what it is but I was thinking her way of starting a tantrum, she seems to

    My lo does this too especially when she is in the car seat.
