Need opinions please!

My DD has a cold and I need to buy a humidifier, please tell me which ones you think are the best. I have no clue what I need to look for

edit: I am not sure whether I should buy a vaporizer or humidifier..not sure the difference and what is better. Please help me, thanks!!

We got a cool mist humidifier and we love it. It is super quiet, I am constantly having to check to see if it is on. The mist is very fine so nothing around it gets wet, and it is cool to the touch so no risk of hurting delicate skin. We keep it on 24/

The cool mist is better for moisture in he air. I was told a hot/warm humidifier makes bad/sickly bacteria happy.

Definitely cool mist. We had a vicks one and even though it didn't have a filter it had a lot of crannies that were impossible to keep clean. We got the Crane teardrop shaped one And so far it's been great. A lot easier to clean and so quiet you don't eve

We have a Vicks Humidifier. I wanted one with no filter. If you want the same effect but without buying something, turn your shower on as hot as it will go and sit with LO in the steamy room. Works wonders.
