I got iron-on transfers from Etsy. Suspenders with a tie and the tie has a #1 on it.

I ordered the jersey from The Wacky Whale. They have pretty good reviews so we will see how it turns out. I did a search on Etsy for "baby football jersey" and came up with several results so you may have some luck finding baseball options.
