Power pumping?

Has anyone done this? did it work for you? How did you do it? and how quick did you notice an increase in supply?

 

My supply is supper low at night. If I pump tons at night theoretically it would  increase my night supply right?

It worked well for me (though I got tired of pumping around the clock and eventually quit pumping).  I did 10 minutes on, and 10 minutes off, for an hour.  Then an hour off.

I'm wondering if that would work at this stage in the game.  I feel like there is a drop in supply production around 7 months.  Let me know, cause if it does, I might try it myself. CMZ pills seem to be doing crap for me this month.

I haven't tried power pumping, but for 2 weeks now I've been pumping 2 more times per day and have seen an increase. I was pumping about 30 oz per day but it's been slowly going up and yesterday I pumped 39.

/i will second the every 2-3hour approach. 3 rounds of mastitis later and i get 40 oz a day. granted i EP, but still
