F/U to Freaked out!

So they had to dig up the main court yard to catch that stupid snake, my neighbor had to pay all this money to rent equipment and an operator to get his precious pet. He said he's going to sue the complex for negligence. Dh told him to be ready for a fight and that the complex will probably bill him to have to repair the courtyard. The guy is always complainign about the place (he's one of those that feels he is entitled and that the rules dont apply to him) so Im hoping that he will just move and take those slimy things with him!

That guy is crazy. It is in no way, shape, or form the complex's fault. It's all his fault for letting the stupid snake out and not thinking that there would be holes in the ground. Some people never cease to amaze me!

Would the complex consider evicting him?  I mean, that is CRAZY and a danger to other residents.

He might be shooting himself in the foot here...are snakes even allowed?  I know there are lots of places that are very strict on what kinds of pets you can have...and a lot of places won't allow them.  I have a friend who has a 4 1/2 foot pytho
