2 or 3 naps?

At what age did your LO drop the last nap? DS consistently takes two naps at daycare and a third one in the early evening and goes to bed at 8pm. Most times he wakes up from his second nap at daycare around 3 or 3:30pm and I pick him up before 4:30. Sometimes I can't determine if I should let him nap or keep him up and get him to bed earlier.

LO is almost 10 months and we just dropped the third nap about a week ago.  He wakes up from his last nap anywhere between 2-3 and goes to bed at 7:30.  Usually he does ok because there's so much going on in the last hour - eating, bathing etc.,

No advice here...just wanted to say that I am envious that your child takes naps   My little guy has never been a good napper from the very beginning...We are lucky to get one hour long nap during the day....however he does sleep from 7:30-7:30 so

1 nap. Sometimes 2 but for the last few weeks she just takes one.

He dropped the third nap around ten months. It was really good because he was taking two half hour naps and one hour and a half nap but we would never know which nap would he the long one. When we dropped a nap he started taking two hour and a half naps

My lo doesn't take a third nap and hasnt in months. This is what he does:

6:30 wake up

9:30 nap

11:30 wake up

2:15 nap

3:30 wakeup

8:15-8:30 bed

We are down to two a day. I would say DS dropped his evening nap around 10 months.

My 10 month old takes 2 two hour naps a day morning and afternoon. Has been since about 5 months. Sleeps like a boss at night tho, 77 usually. Every kiddo is different!

We're down to 2 at daycare (9-10am and 1-3pm) but on the weekends, he frequently does not want/need the morning nap because we let him sleep in later.  If he misses the morning nap on the weekends, he usually naps about 2.5 hours in the afternoon.

Since I went back to work when she was 11 weeks old DD has been taking an AM nap, a PM nap and going to bed between 8:30 & 9.

I'm kind of envious! DS swings between 1 to 2 naps a day. He goes to bed between 730/8pm, and usually sleeps until 7am, but sometimes up around 6am, or late as 745am. Which usually affects how he naps. Sometimes it's a 1.5 hr morning nap (~ 9- 1030) and 1

My son dropped his third around 8 months. He switched daycares that had a schedule and he did really well with that and started taking better naps. He used to take 2-3, 30-min naps. He couldn't make it past 6PM for bed. It sucked! We had a cranky bab
