If i can feel my baby's hiccups down low in my abdomen does that mean her head is down there?

I would say so. I was just telling my DH that LO was head down because hiccups were down low. Yay!

Not necessarily though until this week I would have said yes too. I feel hiccups low in my pelvis and baby is definitely head up.

Same as two ladies above when I feel hiccups from my LO they are low and I l know for a fact he is still breech had an ultrasound today they say I feel them low because I'm feeling his little butt hit my pelvis
