Nap ???

Lately ds has been waking up 45 mins into his first nap and sometimes will go back to sleep and sometimes won't. He stays up 2.5 hours before taking this nap. I can't figure out what is waking him could it just be something he is going through could it be the teething affecting just this nap or do I need to tr keeping him up longer? I don't know what to do for him cause its only this nap that's affected
