Anyone familiar with Placenta Placement theory?

I was on Pinterest earlier and saw this pin about the placenta placement theory. I got to looking at my ultrasound pics from when I was 8 wks and I have absolutely no clue where my placenta is or what it looks like. Any help would be much appreciated!!

I read it and asked my OB she said it was another wives tale

There's no truth behind the Placenta Placement theory, but I can tell you that your placenta in those ultrasound pictures is on the top.  I can't tell from what angle the ultrasound picture was taken so I don't know how that relates to you exactly

the ultrasound tech would've had to tell you where your placenta is/was.  You can not tell on the picture.  They use the ultrasound wand in different directions to get views they need, so you would need to ask during the exam.
