Like many of you ladies in this board I have GD. With this pregnancy, I cannot tolerate more than about 10g of carbs without spiking, even I it's with tons of protein.
Anyway, my go to has become Siggi yogurt, which has 11g of carbs and 14g of protein, no fat. I eat 3 to 4 of them a day. But now I am noticing that I am getting constipated for the first time in this pregnancy. Do you have the same experience with Greek style yogurt? If so, what's your remedy?
