For those of you with the Chicco Nextfit?

So we bought the evenflo symphony for LO over the weekend. She loves it and it was SUPER easy to install. My only complaint is that when she falls asleep her head drops. It is reclined all the way back. I seen that the chicco has multiple levels to recline and I was wondering if anyone who it has had any issues with LO head dropping while sleeping. 

Also can you recline the nextfit all the way back with out interfering with space in the passenger seat and drivers seat? We have a tahoe so I don't think it would be an issue but. I guess you never know?

    A seat that doesn't have issues with head dropping is a winner by me! That was one of my biggest issues with our seat. I'd so get the Nextfit it looks like a dream seat!
