I have no clue what to do. She sleeps in footed pjs and a fleece sleep sack and she still wakes up with ice cold hands. I tried putting gloves on her hands last night but she still woke up with freezing little fingers. We keep the house at 70 degrees.
I am wondering if she just has bad circulation.....I have raynauds disease (circulation disorder). I will talk with the pedi next week. Any other ideas until then?
Re: DD hands get ice cold at night
I posted about this below. Someone said to put mittens on their hands and someone else said to use socks as hand warmers.
Edit- Sorry- I guess I didn't read carefully enough.
