Baby constipation?

We took ahort road trip yesterday and spent about 6 hour round trip in the car. I know  that car travel makes me bound up, and today my little guy seems to be having a really hard time pooping.I'm not ready ti jump straight to the medicine cabinet yet, any suggestions to help him out? I EBF, and have really been trying to get him to nurse frequently.  Also, I can feel his  belly gurggling so the problem may be fixing itself already...

    When my son was constipated the pedi had us give him 2 oz of baby apple juice diluted with 2 oz of water.  Worked like a charm!
