Today will be my first dairy free day. DD has some signs of a dairy intolerance like green, sometimes mucousy stools, minor sinus congestion, and fussiness especially during and after eating. I'm gonna have a really hard time with it since cheese is in just about everything I usually make for dinner! If nothing else it might force us to eat a little healthier, haha. I know I've seen a couple other posts about this, but I'm just wondering how many other people are cutting dairy. Everything I've been reading about it says it's rare, affecting only 2 to 3 percent of babies and even less in BF'd babies. But it seems like it's more common than that.
